The Application Process

Your Candidate Account

To apply, applicants must create a Candidate Account and apply through Workday.

Applicants must have an active email address and will be prompted to verify their email address. If you do not receive a verification email, please check your spam filter.

Workday Candidate Account Password Resets

If you are a job candidate, log in through your Workday Candidate Account to access your ongoing application. If you forget your Candidate Account password, you will need to:

  1. Visit rhajobs.com
  2. Click Sign In.
  3. Click Forgot Password.
  4. Enter the email address you used originally to apply.

Questions About the Status of Your Application

Log in to your Workday Candidate Account to view the status of your application. If you would like more information, contact your recruiter or the RHA location at which you applied. Contact information for all our locations can be found on our locations page.

Receive & Respond to a Job Offer

 

Candidates who are offered a job at RHA will receive their offer letter via their Workday Candidate Account.

How to Locate Your Offer Letter

  1. Go to rhajobs.com
  2. Click Sign In in the upper-right corner.
  3. Once logged in, click Candidate Home.
  4. Enter your email address and password (this will be the same email/password you used when you applied). 
  5. Under Tasks, you will see Review Offer Letter for the job you’ve applied for.
  6. Click the blue button to review the offer letter. It will open as a PDF. When you are ready to sign, click the I Agree box, then click OK.

Pre-Boarding/Pre-Employment

After accepting your job offer, you will receive an email from Accurate Customer Support with a link where you will enter your information for the background check. The Accurate invitation expires in 7 days, so please submit your information as quickly as possible to avoid delays in your hiring process.

Complete all questions and ensure all of your information is correct. If Accurate has any trouble verifying your information, they will email you. Once the background check is submitted, the average turnaround is 5 to 7 business days. Please note: discrepancies may delay turnaround time.

Hire & Onboarding

If all conditions of employment meet company standards, you will become an official RHA employee. Once hired, you will receive a series of emails:

Email #1: Link to your RHA Employee Workday Account
Email #2: Username and temporary password to your RHA Employee Workday Account

You will be prompted to enter the temporary password twice, and then to change it. You will also be required to choose and answer security questions. Please write down the answers to your security questions, as you will have to answer these two questions each time you log in to Workday, and if you ever need to reset your password.

A local HR Manager will contact you to provide details about your first day of employment soon after receiving these emails.

Please Bring the Following Items on Your First Day:

  1. Items for I-9 verification.
  2. High school diploma or GED, as directed by hiring manager
  3. Licenses (if applicable)
  4. Any training records you may have with other agencies (CPR, CPI, etc.)
