RHA provides services and support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) across Tennessee. We offer residential services – community-based options, group homes, employment support, community day services, and more.

In addition, RHA leverages technology to promote more independence and autonomy in the lives of the people we support.

Residential Services

RHA’s Tennessee residential services allow people to live independently or share their homes with peers. Residential services are often called “group homes”; however, we better describe them as “home.” Home is where you express your identity, connect with friends and family, and it provides you with a sense of pride and security.

Our homes are fully integrated into communities and are often indistinguishable from others.

People with intellectual disabilities and complex medical needs experience positive health outcomes in our residential services.

Family Model

RHA’s family model services are for adults living with intellectual disabilities. This service allows people to be served in natural home settings by living with families in their communities.

Community-Based Day Services

Primarily provided during the day, we focus on helping people set and reach personal goals, form and sustain meaningful relationships, and achieve positive health and wellness outcomes.

Employment Services

RHA provides supported employment to assist adults with disabilities in obtaining competitive jobs and provide the training and skill development needed to work as independently as possible

Choices

Through the TennCare CHOICES program, RHA provides home and community-based personal care, attendant care, and respite services for adults with physical disabilities and seniors (age 65 and older).
