Our Jackson administrative office proudly celebrated its one-year anniversary with a community ribbon cutting ceremony, marking a year of growth, dedication, and meaningful service to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).

The event brought together key community partners and supporters, including County Commissioners Mike Bryant and Andy Hall, as well as Chamber members Jess June, Dessie Hardee, and Johnathon Chung, who joined our team in recognizing positive impact the Jackson office has made throughout its first year.

Reflecting on the milestone, Mike Snider, IDD Administrator in Jackson, shared:

This ribbon cutting is more than a ceremony—it’s a celebration of a year filled with dedication, growth, and the privilege of serving our community. Marking one year of providing IDD services in Jackson reminds us why we began this journey: to create opportunities, strengthen independence, and to ensure every person we serve feels supported and valued. I’m incredibly proud of where we are today, and even more excited for the years ahead.

This anniversary represents our continued commitment to expanding services, strengthening partnerships, and uplifting individuals and families across the Jackson community. Here’s to many more years of impact!
