Twenty Years of Making a Difference Every Day: Jada Celebrates Her Work Anniversary

Jada Sherrod, Direct Support Supervisor in High Point, NC, recently reached 20 years with RHA! To celebrate her career milestone, we asked her a few questions. 

What about RHA has inspired you to dedicate 20 years of service? 

Jada: “The people supported have inspired my years of service. Although as staff we help create a safe and healthy environment, the people I have worked with have taught me patience and how to live without worry.” 

Describe a time you made a difference in someone’s life through your work. 

Jada: “I like to think I make a difference daily. Every day is a new day to start fresh. Every day I see the amazing individuals we support. Their excitement for what each day brings lets me know they are ready to bloom and break new barriers of daily living.”
