RHA Leaders Honored at TNCO 2026 Annual Awards Luncheon

RHA Health Services is proud to celebrate two outstanding leaders recognized at the 2026 Tennessee Community Organizations (TNCO) Annual Awards Luncheon on September 16, 2026. TNCO is a statewide association representing organizations that support people with intellectual, developmental and aging disabilities across Tennessee.

Dotty Bell Receives Lifetime Achievement Award

Dotty Bell, former Georgia/Tennessee Director of Quality Assurance at RHA, was honored with the TNCO Lifetime Achievement Award. The award recognizes a recently retired professional who has demonstrated a long-term commitment to TNCO, the Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) field, or both. Throughout her career, Dotty demonstrated the compassion, initiative, creativity, and professionalism represented by this award. She received a standing ovation as former staff, peers and longtime associates celebrated her career and contributions to Tennessee’s IDD community.

The celebration continued when Lori Wooten, RHA’s Tennessee Director of Operations, received the TNCO President’s Award.

Selected by the sitting TNCO Board President, this award recognizes someone who has provided meaningful guidance, support or significant contributions during the president’s term. Lori’s recognition was especially meaningful as it came from a peer who has experienced her leadership and support firsthand.
