Hope4NC Helpline Available to Support North Carolinians’ Mental Health During COVID-19 Pandemic

The Hope4NC Helpline (1-855-587-3463) is available to everyone in North IDD mental healthCarolina’s 100 counties to provide them with mental health and resilience supports and help them cope and build resilience during times of crisis. Hope4NC includes a Crisis Counseling Program tailored specifically to COVID-19. It provides immediate crisis counseling services to individuals affected by the ongoing COVID-19 public health crisis.

North Carolinians can call the Hope4NC Helpline (1-855-587-3463) 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Calls are free and confidential. Multiple languages are supported, including Spanish. For those with hearing impairments, TTY is available as well.
