The Hope4NC Helpline (1-855-587-3463) is available to everyone in North Carolina’s 100 counties to provide them with mental health and resilience supports and help them cope and build resilience during times of crisis. Hope4NC includes a Crisis Counseling Program tailored specifically to COVID-19. It provides immediate crisis counseling services to individuals affected by the ongoing COVID-19 public health crisis.
North Carolinians can call the Hope4NC Helpline (1-855-587-3463) 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Calls are free and confidential. Multiple languages are supported, including Spanish. For those with hearing impairments, TTY is available as well.
