As of Monday, January 10, 2022, all RHA system users (excluding DSPs) will be required to update their passwords (for access to Citrix and RHA’s email system). Instructions to complete this password reset are below.

Instructions to Reset Your RHA System Password
Login to Citrix. https://citrix.rhanet.org/
You will be prompted to reset your password.
Use a STRONG password to include:
- Uppercase letter
- Lowercase letter
- Special Character
- At least 10 characters long
- Do not reuse your previous passwords
A set of instructions will appear in Citrix:
After resetting your password on Citrix, you will now need to alter your other devices to the new password. For mobile phones, go to Settings, Mail option, Account (RHA account), and change Password. If you are connected to RHA WiFi, you must disconnect and “Forget” the WiFi, then reconnect with your new password. For any secondary computers, you must enter your new password. For Office 365 Users:
- Go to Office.com
- Click Sign In
- Click Forgot Password
- Follow the instructions to enter a new password
Change password on mobile phone
- Go to Settings
- Mail option
- Account (choose your RHA account)
- Enter your new password
Change WiFi password on a RHA network
Locate RHA and then Forget.
Reconnect to RHA WiFi, and enter your username and new password.
