RHA Health Services Welcomes Dau Tucker as New Chief Human Resources Officer and Zara O’Hora as New Chief Compliance Officer
A Tenured Industry Leader with a Vision and Passion for People
RHA is pleased to welcome Dau Tucker as the organization’s Chief Human Resources Officer. With 28 years of experience (in behavioral health, IDD service organizations, and more), Dau signifies her leadership with one question: “How can I serve you?” – A genuine question to understand your needs and how to support employees through service. A driven change agent, Dau explores how to make the impossible possible. She has built sustainable companies that differentiates work culture from competitors in the market. RHA’s CEO Mickey Atkins said, “Dau brings years of compassionate and strategic leadership while being a champion to employees through professional development. Dau’s vision ultimately supports our mission to serve people throughout our communities.” Dau is based in Texas, where she shares her life with her husband and six children ranging from 17 to 32 years of age. Dau is an avid traveler destined to experience new cultures and has a community servant heart. She is passionate about serving the unhoused population and volunteering with Habitat for Humanity. Dau will be changing her name soon to Dau Nguyen Journet; a decision she made to keep the legacy of her mother alive.

We are excited to welcome Zara O’Hora to RHA as Chief Compliance Officer! With over 20 years in the industry, including extensive multi-state and multi-site experience, Zara brings a strong background in strategic leadership, operational excellence, and a deep commitment to improving care and outcomes. Throughout her career, Zara has worked in IDD, child welfare, and behavioral health services, holding key leadership roles focused on compliance, quality, and operational strategy. RHA’s CEO Mickey Atkins said, “Zara has a wealth of knowledge and experience to help us navigate the ever-changing regulatory environment. Zara’s leadership is driven to uphold our organization to highest expectation while ensuring the people we serve are at the forefront of every decision.” Passionate about collaboration and innovation, Zara values teamwork and empowering others to drive meaningful change. Zara is eager to contribute our mission and work alongside our teams to support staff, enhance compliance efforts, and continue delivering high-quality, person-centered care. Outside of work, Zara stays busy as a dedicated parent, dog lover, and aspiring powerlifter.
