ZsaZsa Dulaney began her journey with RHA in 1998 as a Direct Support Professional in a group home in Benson, NC unit. ZsaZsa stayed with RHA until 2005, left for several months, then returned to work in a group home in Sanford. In 2007, she transferred to an Intermediate Care Facility (ICF) home in Smithfield, where she continues to work part-time.

ZsaZsa has spent over 20 years with RHA, advocating for the individuals we serve daily. She has worked as a Vocational Assistant, CAP Worker, and Job Coach, and now works as a Paraprofessional. Over the years, ZsaZsa fell in love with her job and the individuals she supports. She says, “I do this work because I love the individuals. Yes, this job can be very tough and stressful at times, but looking at the smiles on their faces, knowing that you went above and beyond to meet their needs is worth more than any amount of money in this world. For that, I am very grateful.”

ZsaZsa, we are so glad to have you on our team! Your love and care are inspiring. Happy work anniversary!
