RHA Helped Me When Life Became Overwhelming

I used to come out here every morning, check the flowers, the tomatoes. Then life got overwhelming, not just busy. It was my mental health. The weeds kept growing. My tools lay where I’d left them. I didn’t know where to start — in the garden, in my life. A friend listened, helped me reach out to RHA Health Services. With support, I started again, one little patch at a time. Now we walk through here together. She sees how far I’ve come. Even if you don’t have someone beside you, someone at RHA can help with your mental health or substance use concerns.
