Tina Robertson began her journey with RHA in 2006 as an Administrative Coordinator working at the front desk of the Concord, NC unit. Tina and her supervisor Jill Lineberger reminisce on the early days of the Concord unit, saying that they began by running the office out of the back of Jill’s SUV. After securing an office on LePhillip Court, the Concord unit saw rapid success, and RHA opened more offices in the surrounding area. Tina was very excited to be a part of RHA during an important period of growth and expansion.

Tina says, “My heart is with this company and what it stands for, which is why I am still here. Our mission statement and values are the core of RHA. The people we serve and the dedication of our employees are truly unmatched.”

Throughout Tina’s tenure with RHA, she has worn many hats. She joined RHA as an Administrative Coordinator and worked her way up to Administrative Supervisor, then Business Manager, and eventually, Regional Business Manager over Central North Carolina. She also served briefly as the Business Manager over Eastern North Carolina and RHA’s Deaf and Hard of Hearing program.

“Although there have been many changes over the years, one thing has remained constant: our mission and values,” says Tina. “I love working for RHA and plan to continue doing so until I retire. Thank you, RHA, for the many years of learning, growth, and development that have helped shape both my career and my character.”

Congratulations, Tina! We are proud to have spent 20 years growing together.
