In 2022, in partnership with Trillium Health Resources and One Community, RHA Health Services is launching a new mobile clinic to provide mental health and substance use services to people in Beaufort, Martin, Tyrrell and Washington counties, as well as Ocracoke Island.

The mobile clinic, one of seven mobile integrated clinics funded by Trillium in eastern NC, will visit locations to help boost health equity and access to treatment for those with behavioral health and other healthcare needs, particularly in underserved communities.

As the mobile clinic gets underway with services, additional physical health services and vaccinations (such as flu or pneumonia) may be offered in the future. In addition, we hope that in the future, the mobile clinic will be able to provide Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) for individuals experiencing opioid addiction.

A full schedule and location details for the mobile clinic will be released soon. Ribbon-cutting events in each of the service counties are being held throughout late winter and early spring 2022.

To learn more about the ribbon-cutting events and the other mobile clinics that Trillium Health Resources is funding in eastern NC, visit Trillium’s Mobile Integrated Care Units web page.
