No matter what level of support you are seeking for yourself or your loved one, our disability services offer a person-centered approach that is tailored to each individual’s goals and needs. This includes services for those with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and physical disabilities.

RHA Health Services is a leading provider of a wide variety of IDD services in Georgia, New Jersey, North Carolina, Pennsylvania and Tennessee. These services include residential services, day supports and employment services, periodic services, Community Alternative Programs for Disabled Adults (CAP/DA) and Children (CAP/C) and much more!

Georgia

In Georgia, RHA provides community-based and group home residential service options, including Community Living Arrangements, Host Homes and Respite. We also provide Community Access Services (Individual and Group) and Supported Employment.

New Jersey

RHA Health Services provides services and support to adults and children with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) across New Jersey. We offer community-based residential, respite, day and vocational services, as well as educational services at Broadstep Academy.

North Carolina

North Carolina

RHA provides a broad range of services for adults and children with disabilities in North Carolina. Our residential services include many community-based and group home living options, such as Intermediate Care Facilities (ICFs) and Alternative Family Living (AFL), as well as large medical centers to provide specialty care for those whose needs are more medically complex. We also offer a variety of day and employment supports including Employment and Independence for People with Disabilities (previously Vocational Rehabilitation), Supported Employment and Day Programs. We provide case management and in-home aid services as part of the Community Alternative Program for Disabled Children & Adults (CAP/C & CAP/DA).

Pennsylvania

In Pennsylvania, RHA Health Services provides services and supports for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) through two divisions: Growth Horizons and PAHrtners Deaf Services. Our IDD services are dedicated to fostering opportunities for people with disabilities as they seek personal growth, increased independence and connections within their communities.

Tennessee

In Tennessee, we offer services for adults with disabilities. This includes residential services like Supported and Independent Living, Family-Model, ECF CHOICES, Intermediate Care Facilities (ICF) and Respite. We also provide Community-Based Day Services, Employment Services and Personal Assistance as well as Personal, Attendant and Respite Care through the TennCare CHOICES program.
