The C3356 Comprehensive Care Center located in Asheville, North Carolina is your one-stop treatment and resource center for mental health services, substance use recovery support, and support for individuals with co-occurring developmental disabilities and behavioral health needs.

C3356 offers services to meet your needs regardless of where you are on the road to wellness, and our services are provided by experienced and compassionate professionals in a safe, welcoming atmosphere.

Services offered include: Comprehensive Clinical Assessments, Medication Management, Medication Assisted Treatment Therapies (MATT), Outpatient Therapy, Assertive Community Treatment, Deaf & Hard of Hearing Services, Intensive In-Home Services, IPS-Supported Employment, Peer Support Services, School-Based Therapy, Substance Use Intensive Outpatient Program, and a Community Support Team.

For crisis services, we offer:

  • Same-Day Access Walk-In Clinic: No appointment required. Available Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
  • Behavioral Health Crisis Center: No appointment required. Open 7 days a week. Call 828.254.2700 for information on hours.
  • Mental Health and Substance Use Crisis (Neil Dobbins Center): A facility-based, short-term, intensive intervention and stabilization services. Call 828.253.6306 for more information.

Our Services

We understand that each person’s recovery journey is unique and different levels of support are needed at different times. Because of this, the C3356 Center offers a full continuum of services designed to meet a variety of treatment needs. We have services for individuals in need of immediate crisis stabilization or same day access to assessment and support as well as outpatient and peer support services, pharmacy services and follow-up support, helping to link people in recovery to important resources in their communities.
